Selected Finds is an independent editorial curation and affiliate-discovery archive. We research, organize, summarize, and link to consumer products, digital materials, protocols, and third-party offers.

We are not the seller, merchant of record, manufacturer, healthcare provider, payment processor, fulfilment provider, or contracting party for products reached through outbound links. Any purchase is made directly from the third-party merchant under that merchant’s terms, privacy notice, shipping, billing, subscription, refund, and warranty policies.

Some links are affiliate links. If you click one and complete a qualifying action or purchase, we may receive compensation at no additional cost to you. This financial relationship is disclosed so you can give it appropriate weight.

Compensation may affect which offers are economically available for inclusion, but it does not guarantee a favorable assessment, ranking, or recommendation. Labels such as “Recommended” or “Special Offer” are editorial or promotional signals, not warranties. Questions, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fulfilment issues, warranties, adverse events, and product disputes must be addressed to the applicable merchant or manufacturer. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, security, accessibility, content, or conduct.

Email verification may be required for saved favourites, subscriptions, or other member features.

You may close your account through your profile. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or prevent abuse. Certain limited records may be retained where legally required or necessary to document suppression, fraud, disputes, or compliance.

Account creation does not itself subscribe you to marketing. Newsletter and promotional choices are optional, separate, and available only after verification. You may withdraw marketing consent in your profile or through the unsubscribe link in each commercial email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential account, security, legal, or service messages.

You may not misuse the service, bypass security, scrape or harvest personal data, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, impersonate others, use automated means contrary to published instructions, infringe rights, or use Selected Finds for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.

The Selected Finds name, design, arrangement, original text, and software are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. Third-party names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without written permission.

If you submit feedback or communications, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive right to use that feedback to improve the service without compensation. Do not submit confidential or unlawful material.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service and may correct errors at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability. Material changes to these Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date and, where required, additional notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELECTED FINDS AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RESULTS, OR AVAILABILITY. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; OR LOSS ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, LINKS, CLAIMS, OR TRANSACTIONS.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly to us for the affected service during the preceding twelve months or USD 100. This section does not limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where non-excludable, or mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Aurora-hub s.r.o. from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over our registered office will have jurisdiction, except that consumers retain any mandatory protections and forum rights granted by the law of their habitual residence. Nothing here waives non-waivable rights under EU, U.S. state, or other applicable consumer law.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be narrowed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights without our consent; we may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization or transfer of the service. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding use of Selected Finds.
